What does Giclée mean?

Giclée is a digital printing process used to produce a high-quality art print.It is a French term meaning "to spray" and refers to the way an inkjet printer uses a small spraying mechanism that can apply ink precisely and in the exact colour, hence producing a high quality print of an original art.

Can I get a custom piece made?

Please Contact Me to discuss your requirements and I will be more than happy to provide with a quote and produce your final piece.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

At the moment I do not have Gift Vouchers available. But they will be available soon. If you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please Contact Me.

What are  your Shipping Fees?

Shipping Fees vary per product and amount ordered.

For Orders to be Shipped in Australia

$3.00 for Greeting Cards
$9.95 for orders under $100
Free Shipping for orders over $100 
Local Pickup is available for Perth residents

For International Orders 

We will ship internationally at an additional fee. If you would like to order from outside Australia, please Contact Me for  the shipping fee.

How long will delivery take?

All our products are made to order and are available to be shipped within 3 to 5 days.

For Orders within Australia, you should receive your order within 10-14 days of ordering. 

For International Shipping, we will get in touch via email to let you know when to expect your order.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Express Shipping can be arranged at an additional fee. Please Contact Me to arrange Express Shipping.

What happens if an artwork is damaged in transit?

We ensure that our products are packaged in such a way that they arrive to your place undamaged. However, in the event that they do get damaged in transit. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we may help you with a refund or a replacement.

What are your Return and Refund Policies?

As our products are made to order, we cannot offer Returns and Refunds. We will only accept Returns and offer Refunds when items have been damaged in transit.

Do you offer payment plans?

At the moment, we are not able to offer payment plans. Watch this space for updates.
